About Wendy
Wendy’s fitness career started at the tender age of 6 while she was pursuing her love for dance, training and teaching ballet and contemporary dance under the Royal Academy of Dance UK. Her dance teacher then advised her to take up fitness programmes to build up her stamina and strength for her physically demanding dance exams, which led her to various fitness certifications such as Pilates, Yoga Wendy is certified under the American Council of Exercise (USA) and is also a certified Les Mills Group Exercise Instructor. Drawing on more than 15 years of fitness and coaching experience, coupled with her dance background, Wendy specializes in weight loss, sports performance, postural assessment and injury prevention, post-rehabilitation and lifestyle wellness coaching as well pre- and post-natal fitness.
