About Tracy

Tracy started fitness at a young age, dancing and running right through school, so it was a natural fit to study health and fitness to make it a career. After graduating from college, Tracy worked with some of the world’s biggest fitness brands - Les Mills and Fitness First - training thousands of instructors to share their passion for group fitness. Tracy moved to South East Asia in 2002 and it’s been quite a ride! 2 kids and continued opportunities are the driver behind Tracy staying fit and healthy. Tracy is the Creative Director for FIRE Fitness and a Women in Fitness Global Ambassador and currently holds a Bachelor of Physical Education and Master in Business. Bachelor of Physical Education, Master in Business, Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) , Women in Fitness Global Ambassador, Creative Director of FIRE Fitness and RYT-200 Yoga Teacher.
