About Marissa

Marissa Parry has been active in the health and fitness industry since 2008, specialising in nutrition and wellness. Her life is centered around family, fitness and food. She continuously strives to be a good role model for her children and hopes to inspire others along the way! She’s also no stranger to the corporate world, spreading her passion by speaking and conducting workshops, with topics ranging from nutrition to sustainable living. Marissa and her husband Rafael are owners of Malaysia’s most renowned Capoeira school, Casa do Capoeira. She is also the co-founder of Nourish Me, a healthy food delivery business. Marissa is a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), Medical Exercise Specialist (ACE), Holistic Nutritionist from the School of Natural Health Sciences and a Nutrition & Wellness Consultant with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
